Important pricing and minimum-spend notes
For Sunday-Thursday events at any time and Friday-Saturday daytime events, the $750 room rental is waived when qualifying food-and-beverage spend reaches $1,500. The $1,000 food-and-beverage minimum remains in effect.
For Friday-Saturday evening events, the $1,500 room rental is waived when qualifying food-and-beverage spend reaches $4,000. The $2,500 food-and-beverage minimum remains in effect.
Cash Bar & Guest-Paid Menu selections indicate that guests purchase available food and beverages individually at the bar. No hosted-package charge is included in the estimate.
Only qualifying food and beverage purchases count toward a minimum or rental-waiver threshold. Room rental, staffing, security, production, taxes, service charges, administrative fees, equipment, and similar charges do not count. Any unused minimum is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
The itemized quote includes 6% food tax, 9% alcohol tax, an 18% gratuity/service charge, and a 2% administrative/booking fee. Gratuity and admin are calculated on the pre-tax food-and-beverage subtotal, including any remaining minimum-spend allowance, not on taxes or each other. Tax on the admin fee is 6%; tax on tip-like gratuity is also 6% for groups of more than 10 people. Any remaining food-and-beverage allowance is budgeted with 6%–9% tax until the additional items are selected. Known room rental is included in both payment totals. Cash has no processing fee. The credit card total adds 2.9% of the cash total, including taxes, gratuity, admin, and known room rental. Staffing, security, specialty rentals, extra time, and any applicable tax on room rental remain pending confirmation. Pending charges and their taxes are excluded from the displayed priced-items total. Additional event time requires approval.
